LARKIN <br />A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's Meeting Room of <br />the Town Hall, 16 Lowell Stream Reading, Massachusetts at 7:OOPM. Mr. Vaccaro swore <br />in, under oath, those present that would be addressing the Board this evening. <br />Attorney Scott Consaul, repr g Dorothy Jones, et al, requested that the time by <br />which action needs to be taken under the Special Permit granted for Lot 198 Harvest <br />Road (Case No. 93-02) be extended for six months. <br />A motion having been made and seconded, the Board voted unanimously to grant a six- <br />month extension to now expire on August 7, 1999. <br />VOTE 3-0 (passed) <br />The first Public Hearing was on the petition of Ralph and Nancy Dell'Orfano who sought <br />a Variance under Section 5.0 ofthe Zoning By-Laws in order to construct an addition <br />within the required side yard of 15'-0" (2 stories) on the property located at 85 Sunnyside <br />Avenue in Reading, Massachuwft. (Case #99-01) <br />The petitioners represented themselves. They were unable to provide enough information <br />to the Board to meet the requirements needed to obtain a variance. <br />The petitioner decided to request to withdraw his request for a variance without <br />prejudice. <br />A motion was made, seconded and unanimously voted to allow the petitioner to withdraw <br />his request for a variance without prejudice. <br />VOTE 3-0 (passed) <br />The next Public Hearing was on the petition of K. Krekorian, Trustee for Greenhouse <br />Acres Condominiums, who seeks a change or modification of Special Permit issued in <br />Case # 1987-08 under Section 4.6 of the Zoning By-Laws in order to address municipal <br />rubbish collection on the property located at Carnation Circle in Reading, Massachusetts. <br />(Case #99-02) <br />The Condominium Association was represented by Attorney Steve Singer, of 278 Mystic <br />Avenue, Medford. Attorney Singer stated that he is here to request that the condition <br />
