Corrections to the minutes of May 8, 2007 were made. Minutes were accepted as amended. 2. Status of 95 Howard Street: SP reported the building inspector and assessor's office have no information on this property, which is owned by Mike and Cynthia Boyle. SP received no response to her letter requesting they contact her. The letter will be kept on file. 3. 79 West Street: SP sent a letter to the owner, Mr. Harris in reference to his porch project. This project is considered a replacement under bylaw sec.5.1893, related to repair replacement and is therefore excluded from our approval. The homeowner tore out the porch for safety reasons, the style and railings of the new porch will be the same as the old porch. SP will file the letter in the binder with the certificates. 4. Archstone Presentation: Peter H. approved DK's presentation. DK and SP will meet with a representative from Archstone's PR department on June 19th to make the presentation. 5. New Members: Rick Nazzaro will be appointed tomorrow night. We can also have four alternate members. 6. Mike Gray gave SP a disc containing his files, paperwork such as the guidelines, minutes, etc. Mike's efforts on behalf of the WSHD were acknowledged and truly appreciated. 7. 3 Westcroft : Mike Gray moved that Dave Kruh's application for a new deck at 3 Westcroft St. be excluded from WSHD review in that it constitutes an exact Replacement,pursuant to sec.5.1893 of the bylaws. The motion was approved 3-0. SP will send a certificate of non-applicability to Dave.
