Ames, Hughes, Pacino, Burditt, Swyter <br />Mr. Rucker <br />Guests: Mr. Barna and Ms. Lawrence of Rubin and Rudman <br />1. Executive Session Minutes <br />Executive Minutes February 24,1998 <br />Executive Minutes March 10, 1998 <br />No motion was made at this time to accept the Executive Minutes. <br />2. Stony Brook Litigation <br />a. Memorandum-to Len Rucker from Wayne Frigard, Ken Barna, <br />Robert Shapiro, Rubin and Rudman, regarding Stony Brook Pipeline <br />Procedural Conference. <br />b. Memorandum to Len Rucker, From Ken Barna, Wayne Frigard, <br />Robert Shapiro, Rubin and Rudman, regarding MMWEC Stony <br />Brook - EFSB. <br />Discussion ensued as to the cost of litigation with regards to Stony Brook. <br />Mr. Rucker recommended that the Board not withdraw and have the GM <br />come back to the Board with a budget and a plan. The GM will deliver <br />requested analysis. The Board directed the GM as previously directed (i.e. to <br />continue). <br />3. Wrongful Death Litigation <br />Letter to Chief Executive Officer, RMLD, from Robert M. Goodhue, <br />Goodhue, Goodhue & Gallant, Attorneys at Law, regarding Our <br />Client: Rayees Ahmed, Administrator of the Estate of Zarmina <br />Ahmed, 10 Hallmark Gardens, Apt. 8, Burlington, MA 01803. <br />Mr. Rucker requested the Board's direction. <br />Legal counsel recommended that this be reported to the RMLD insurance. <br />Discussion ensued. The board took no action. <br />
