Virginia suggested that we use the remaining $224 is <br />in the treasury to print the inventory. Virginia moved that we spend up to $200 to <br />print as many copies as possible. Approved 4-0-0. <br />Kathy Greenfield sent us a thank you note for her going away gift. <br />232 West Street: The house has been advertised and Virginia went to the open <br />house. <br />Addison-Wesley: Roberta displayed the new photographs. <br />1375 Main Street: Virginia has typed up a list of covenants that the commission <br />would present to Mr. Scippa (attached). The list will be sent off to Denise Moynahan <br />and Anne Krieg before the ZBA meeting on Thursday, June 14. Plans submitted by <br />the developer were approved by the commission, keeping the front part of the <br />house and creating 11 new units. Approved 4-0-0. <br />Community Preservation Act Task Force: Roberta,Virginia, and Clay met with the <br />CPATF and suggested various ways historic preservation could be enhanced by <br />these funds . <br />Next meeting July 10. <br />Adjourned: 9:00 Approved July 10, 20014-0-0 LS <br />
