Virginia and Roberta put together a check list to help smooth out the <br />Demolition delay procedure. <br />214 West St.: Dave Barrett made a verbal request to Dave Barrett to put this property <br />on the town's inventory. If we do put the house on the town inventory, to take <br />advantage of less restrictive building codes. The house is on the 1854 map. Virginia <br />made a motion that we start the process of putting 214 West St. on the inventory. This <br />process takes 30 days or more. The commission must notify the owner and the <br />developer. A letter must go to the building inspector. Approved 4-1-0 <br />73-75 Woburn St.: Dave Barrett is going to present plans to make this house a Greek <br />Revival. <br />Community Preservation Act: The committee made their presentation to the Board of <br />Selectmen tonight. <br />Virginia has some inquiries from homeowners about signage for historic houses. The <br />commission is inclined to select a style of plaque as a suggestion to owners of inventory <br />properties. <br />Bills to pay.
