Wilbar Hoxie Clay Jones <br />Mark Cardono - Secretary Sharlene Reynolds Santo Diane Jones <br />Kathy Greenfield Roberta Sullivan Ben Tafoya <br />Call to order 7:40 PM <br />Historic Preservation Zoning Relief BVIaw: <br />Time is a big problem in preparing for presentation of the bylaw to The Selectmen. <br />The Commission reviewed the wording of the bylaw. <br />Ben suggested that if The Commission is not ready to present to The Selectman, that The Commission <br />should send Peter Hechenbleikner a note stating that they are not ready to present the bylaw. <br />The Commission discussed sending a note to Peter Hechenbleikner to let him know that The Commission <br />is not ready to present the bylaw. Karen will work on finding the frontage of houses that may meet bylaw. <br />Demolition Delay Bylaw: <br />The Commission discussed changing the Demolition Delay Bylaw from 6 to 12 months. <br />Virginia brought up the other issue with the owner/applicant definition within the Demolition Delay Bylaw. <br />The owner/applicant needs to be clarified. <br />Next meeting January 3, 2006 <br />Adjourned 10:15 PM <br />rIM <br />U <br />I <br />RHC Minutes Rhc12272005.doc Page 1 of 1 <br />
