The hearing should be helq~,e a 7,42006:od <br />legal notices need to be posted. <br />Sharlene moved in a positive determination that the structure at 420 Franklin Street, Reading, MA <br />is a potentially significant structure, is listed on the Town inventory of historically or architecturally <br />significant structures, and is therefore subject to the demolition delay (per General Bylaw section <br />5.13.3.3). Roberta seconded the motion. Vote: 3-0-0. <br />Sharlene moved that the Commission hold the public hearing, for the demolition delay, on <br />February 7, 2006. Roberta seconded the motion. Vote: 3-0-0. <br />Historic Preservation Zoning Relief Bylaw: <br />The Commission reviewed the houses that could be affected by this Bylaw and is suspending the <br />work on the Historic Preservation Zoning Relief Bylaw. <br />Sharlene moved that The Commission notify the Town Manager and the Selectmen that The <br />Commission will withdraw from the Selectmen Meeting on January 24, 2006, because The <br />Commission is suspending the work on the Historic Preservation Zoning Relief Bylaw. <br />Roberta seconded the motion. Vote: 3-0-0. <br />717 Pearl Street: <br />The barn will probably be moved out of state. The commission has not heard anything about this <br />except that the Building Inspector has been given the ok by the Town Counsel to approve the <br />permit. The Building Inspector is requiring a new permit application from the owner. Roberta and <br />Sharlene spoke with Peter Hechenbleikner about the owner reapplying for the demolition permit. <br />There will be a meeting with Building Inspector, Town Counsel, Peter Hechenbleikner, and The <br />Commission. <br />There is precedence on 25 Auburn Street going through two separate demolition delays with two <br />different owners. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />Sarah (Sally) Hilgendorff List resigned from The Commission. <br />An original light pole was found on the corner of Woburn Street and Linden Street.. <br />The house at 18-20 Woburn Street that was burned was old, but not on the Inventory.
