Reading Historical Commission Minutes <br />June 14, 2006 <br />Attending: <br />Virginia Adams - Chairman Karen Herrick Sharlene Reynolds Santo <br />Mark Cardono - Secretary Clay Jones Roberta Sullivan <br />Kathy Greenfield Susan Patterson Linda Tuttle <br />Call to order 8:45 PM <br />420 Franklin Street: <br />Attend meeting of Conservation Commission to support the saving of the historic house. <br />Several presentations were made in support of the conservation issues, which included one by Clay and Kathy's <br />reading of the letter of support from The Commission. The owner's representatives requested a reduction of the <br />calculated fee of approximately $37,000. The meeting will be continued to June 28, 2006. <br />The Commission members, returned to the meeting. <br />Clay discussed how The Commission can handle the next meeting with the Conservation Commission. He added <br />that The Commission should begin working with the owner on the deed restrictions. The Commission discussed the <br />Conservation Commission meeting. <br />The Commission will try to meet prior to the Conservation Commission meeting on June 28, 2006. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />Wilbar Hoxie will not continue as a member of The Commission. <br />Adjourned 9:45 PM <br />RHC Minutes Rhc2006O6l4.doc Page 1 of 1 <br />
