P 4: 2 b <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM Reading Town Hall, Berger Room, Reading, <br />Massachusetts, Chairman, Colleen Seferian, and Barbara Meade. Staff liaison Jane Fiore, <br />Health Services Administrator. Member David Singer excused <br />The minutes of the March 3, 2005 accepted as read 2:0:0 <br />Order of Business: . <br />• Public Health Nurse position discussed - vacancy continues. Board members will <br />discuss the open position with professional associates to look for interest in the nursing <br />position. <br />• Barbara Meade offered information on Tobacco Control survey for Respiratory and <br />cardiac health of private club employees. CDC web page is a valuable resource. <br />Administrator will investigate. <br />• Bio Terrorism Coalition update on progress of Emergency Dispensing sites and 72 hour <br />treatment of full town population following infectious disease outbreak. Plan must be <br />filed with DPH by June 30, 2005. Reading will hire a contract employee through <br />Andover with grant funds to do the routine elements of the Emergency Response Plan. <br />The administration will complete the remained of the plan. <br />• BOH fee schedule was discussed and a number of fees will be changes. The proposed <br />fees voted on by the BOH will be sent to the licensees affected by the change and the <br />information regarding the public hearing on April 14 at 6:30 pm within the BOH <br />meeting. <br />• Regulation regarding Keeping of Dogs Section 3 reviewed changed voted on excluding <br />further discussion of Sec 3.3.5.
