D t~ <br />CL'"RK <br />iJHI-.i, r1ASS. <br />Reading Cultural Council <br />January 19, 2005 ZOOS JUN 0 4: 19, <br />Ammended <br />7:05 - Meeting called to order <br />Members present: Allison DaSilva, Karyn Storti, Harold Bond, Valerie Alagero, Nicole <br />Cain, Janet Hatherley, Amelia Golini <br />Treasury comment(s): <br />$357.00 balance in administrative funds. <br />Grant Cycle: <br />2003 Grant for $200 awarded to Reading Recreation will be extended to April 15, 2005. <br />Miscellaneous Items: <br />• Congratulations to Janet Hatherley and Amelia Golini for their associate <br />membership in the Reading Cultural Council made official with their attendance <br />at the Board of Selectmen meeting. <br />Note: Amelia will draft an announcement stating the programs funded by <br />the Reading Cultural Council. The announcement will describe the role of <br />an associate member. Announcement to be published next Tuesday in the <br />Reading Chronicle and The Advocate. <br />• Three endorsements are needed for the nomination for Local Legislator. Peter H., <br />Karyn Storti and Eugene Nigro will provide letters of endorsement. <br />• The last meeting of the year will include the local arts community in an effort to <br />share, dialogue, and learn more about what other LCC's are doing. <br />• In the following months the survey will be the RCC's primary focus. <br />Meeting Adjourned 8:15 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Nicole Cain <br />
