)fit
C.
t P~4 03,
,s
Notes for Oct. 5, 2005
The committee members present (Gina Snyder, Stephanie Anderberg, Tracy
Sopchak and Ray Porter) developed a draft hand out for Selectmen.
For the next meeting on October 19th, the committee will be reviewing
the power point presentation drafted over the last couple of meetings
(attached as powerpoint, but it anyone needs it in rtf, or Word, then I
can translate) and compare to the document prepared for the selectmen
at this recent meeting so that the powerpoint presentation can be
completed on the 19th. Ray will consider what clip art might liven it
up. We have to be careful that it doesn't get too long.
They also recommended that Ron find out how long we have at the
selectmen's meeting and get a sense from the town manager as to whether
the selectmen might be willing to make a decision on the program at the
meeting, or whether further discussions might be necessary (e.g., shall
we bring a draft of a possible resolution??).
Tracy and Stephanie will put the information from Shutesbury and
Cambridge into the format of the questionnaire so that all the
information can be attached to the handout.
We're also hoping to hear from Ron about how the conference on Sept. 29
went.
