The committee plans to meet the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday of the month from 7 to 8:30 PM with every effort to end on time. Meetings will be in the lower conference room of Town Hall, except on Feb. 8 and March 8, the meetings will be at the Senior Center. Members unanimously accepted the minutes from 1-12-06. Ron reported on his conversation with Town Manager, Peter Hechenbleikner: Peter will be sending the application to ICLEI with Michele Benson as the town contact. He will also send the Town Resolution for the CCP. ICLEI will invoice the town for the $600 membership fee. Peter also said that the Advisory Committee can comment on any warrant article that we need to advise the town on, providing feedback via the town manager. Any funds that are raised or donated can be placed in a town account for the committee. The committee will be signed up for a booth at Friends and Family Day in June. Kim Lundgren from ICLEI can provide language for soliciting an intern. Gina will ask Kim to send it to her as well as checking with the Tufts University intern program to get an understanding of what is available. Ron will check with Kim on getting the software demonstrated at one of _ our meetings. 2/12/06
