Tracy has sent it by email, committee members should
comment and make suggestions, and then the committee will vote on it at an upcoming meeting.

After some discussion, the committee reached unanimous consensus on a name: Reading Neighbors
Climate and Energy Committee: Reading NCEC.

Copies of the CCP milestone and the software guides sent by Kim were distributed by Michele. It is
hoped that the RMLD will be able to download data directly into the CACP program. Besides electricity
we will need to consider gas and oil, vehicles and transportation and waste. Baseline should not be too
close to current year, but RMLD computer changes may limit how far back we can go.

The committee will be writing up a description of what the intern will be doing and where that fits in to
the emissions inventory. Part of the work might include public outreach. Using the boilerplate intern job
description from ICLEI, the timeline would begin with finalizing the Reading-specific job description,
advertising by end of March, interviewing in April, with a potential start in May or end of semester.
~12/18/06
