TOWN OF READING <br />BOARD OF CEMETERY TRUSTEES <br />TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1994 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of Decem- <br />ber 6, 1994 convened at 7:30 PM in the Arnold Berger Room, Read- <br />ing Town Hall. <br />Present: John Silvaggi, Chairman <br />Joyce Miller, Vice Chairman <br />Daniel F Driscoll, Secretary <br />Edward F Fuller <br />James J Sullivan, Jr <br />Mary Vincent <br />Town Treasurer Beth Klepeis and Robert Keating, Supervisor <br />of the Reading Cemeteries were also present. <br />1. Secretary Minutes <br />On a motion by Ms Miller, seconded by Ms Vincent, it was <br />unanimously voted to accept the Secretary's minutes of November <br />9, 1994 Trustee meeting. <br />2. Wood End Cemetery - Possible Financing <br />Town Treasurer Beth Klepeis explained the various steps re- <br />quired to obtain funding for the development of Wood End. Ap- <br />proval of the Capital Improvement Committee under the Finance <br />Committee along with the Selectmens recommendation for passage by <br />the members of the Town Meeting. She also reviewed the process <br />for obtaining the funding with a Bond issue. <br />3. Carl H. Amon Way - Post Lettering <br />Supervisor Keating presented several types of lettering. <br />After review and discussion it was agreed that the modified Roman <br />Lettering should be used. On a motion by Ms Miller, seconded by <br />Mr Sullivan it was unanimously voted to have Mr Keating have a <br />granite marker made up at a cost not to exceed $500.00 to be <br />taken from the Development Fund. <br />4. Receipts <br />Supervisor Keating furnished the Trustees with copies of the <br />receipts from Sale of Lots and miscellaneous charges for July <br />1994 through November 29, 1994. <br />
