Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, September 4, 2001 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of September 4, 2001 convened at 6:00 P.M. in the <br />Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Mary Vincent, Chairman <br />Daniel Driscoll, Vice Chairma <br />n <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Roc O'Connell <br />Steve Meehan <br />Janet Baronian <br />a <br />C - <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Fast Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of August 7, 2001 were reviewed and were accepted as amended on a motion by Daniel <br />Driscoll and seconded by Steve Meehan. <br />General Business <br />By a vote of 5-1, it was voted to reduce the opening charge for a cremation urn being interred in the <br />same grave space per a request by William R. Faller. An administration fee of $50.00 shall be payed. <br />Mr. Faller must state that the urn will be interred at the same time and in the same gravesite as his <br />father. We request his reply in writing. <br />Wood End is progressing despite a shortage of help. New Town council states a deed will be written <br />for Wood End. This assures the Trustees that we do in fact have control. It will allow Bob Keating to <br />lay out more lots. <br />Each member received a copy of the 8/29/01 amended Operating Procedures, and a copy of trust funds <br />for year ending June 30, 2001. <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are above normal. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at TOOPM.
