Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, December 4, 2001 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of December 4, 2001 <br />Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Mary Vincent, Chairman <br />Daniel Driscoll, Vice Chairman <br />Roc O'Connell <br />Janet Baronian <br />Absent: William Brown, Secretary <br />Steve Meehan <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />i <br />convened at 6:060 ' Sin the <br />2002 JAN '30 P 12: 48 <br />The Minutes of November 6, 2001 were reviewed and approved as amended on a motion by Janet <br />Baronian and seconded by Dan Driscoll. <br />Bud eg t Update <br />After lengthy discussion the FY2003 budget was accepted as presented. Superintendent Keating told <br />the Trustees of Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner's request to again fund $25,000.00 from the PC <br />fund as we have done the last two years. The Trustees unanimously decided that the $25,000.00 <br />would not be included in the budget we presented. The Trustees also changed the Bequest fund <br />amount to $100,840.00 and the Sale of Lots fund to $15,000.00 for FY2003 budget. <br />New Business <br />Superintendent Keating asked that the Trustees make a policy ruling regarding Perpetual Care rates. <br />The Board agreed that the currant P.C. rate at the time of query would be the prevailing rate. <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are over projections for this period. <br />Adiourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:20PM.
