IVED <br />Town of Reading OWN CLERK <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees D' N C, M A S S. <br />Tuesday, January 7, 2003 <br />2003 FF - 12: 50 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of January 7, 2003 convened at 6:10 P.M. in <br />the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Roc O'Connell, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Daniel Driscoll <br />Janet Baronian <br />Absent: Mary Vincent, Chairman <br />Steve Meehan <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Camille Anthony, Selectmen Liaison <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of November 6, 2002 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Daniel Driscoll <br />and seconded by Janet Baronian. <br />General Business <br />The Trustees discussed the 1888 tomb and the eventual need for repair, will look at in the <br />spring and then perhaps invite the Historical Commission to review the need to repair of <br />otherwise. <br />Bob Keating explained to Selectmen Anthony our reason for reducing contribution to benefits, <br />because we pay for contract help, it costs us more but saves the Town on benefits. Selectman <br />Anthony understood our position. <br />Bob explained the increase price of concrete products, vaults and concrete foundations and the <br />need to increase the budget for those items. <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are on target. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:05 P.M.
