Gam.. cub I/ <br />Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, July 1, 2003 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of July 1, 2003 convened at 6:00 P.M. in the <br />Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Mary Vincent, Chairman <br />Roc O'Connell, Vice Chairman <br />- <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Daniel Driscoll . <br />Steve Meehan <br />Absent: Janet Baronian <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />c <br /> <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of May 20, 2003 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Daniel Driscoll and <br />seconded by Steve Meehan. <br />General Business <br />Reviewed the July 1, 2003 price sheet to replace the July 1, 2001 price list. Bob Keating still <br />uncertain about FY03 Budget. <br />After a lengthy discussion, the Trustees voted 5-0 to have Bob Keating obtain estimates to <br />renovate the Valet at Laurel Hill to a scale model which was made by Bill Brown. Several <br />ideas where discussed from total rebuild to do nothing to a place to put cremation urns. <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are on track. <br />Adiourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
