r-` v <br />Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, February 3, 2004 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of February 3, 2004 convened at 6:05 P.M. in <br />the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Mary Vincent, Chairman <br />Roc O'Connell, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Daniel Driscoll <br />Steve Meehan <br />Janet Baronian <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of December 2, 2003 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Daniel Driscoll <br />and seconded by Janet Baronian. <br />General Business <br />The Trustees voted to waiver the Wilcox stone at Forest Glen. <br />The Trustees discussed various options for future developments of Wood End, double depth <br />graves etc. Bob Keating noted that most requests are for only two grave lots. <br />Bob noted that frost was the worst in a number of years, and it requires extra time to dig graves, <br />he is looking into a tool that would help in digging frost. He noted that with mutual aid from <br />the Water Department a large boulder was removed at Laurel Hill <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are on track. <br />Adiourn <br />Themeeting adjourned at 7:09 P.M.
