Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, March 9, 2004 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of March 9, 2004 convened at 6:00 P.M. in <br />the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Roc O'Connell, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />- <br />Daniel Driscoll <br />Steve Meehan `%TM <br />Janet Baronian - cn <br />CIO <br />Absent: Mary Vincent, Chairman' <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of February 3, 2004 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Daniel Driscoll <br />and seconded by Steve Meehan. <br />General Business <br />Bob noted that he purchased a simple attachment for the backhoe that allows the crew to dig in <br />frost easier. Signs have been posted for the removal of winter decorations by April I" ' the date <br />also that seasonal help starts. He noted that cremations are on the increase over the last few <br />years. <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are quiet. <br />Adiourn <br />Bill Brown suggested that next year, only two members go to the FINCOM hearing, unless the <br />Board is posted that night so as not to violate the open meeting law. <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
