Town of Reading " "w; f S <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, April 11, 2006 to ..:.i'o <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of April 11, 2006 convened at 6:0.1 P.M. in <br />the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Roc O'Connell, Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />Ron Stortz <br />Absent: Janet Baronian, Vice Chairman <br />Douglas Bruce <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />'Fhe Minutes of February 14, 2006 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Mary Vincent <br />and seconded by Ron Stortz. <br />General Business <br />Pillsbury Lot: Bob stated that he had been in contact with a lawyer/relative of Harry Nelson <br />Pillsbury about placing a marker at his grave site and explained the rules and regulations. <br />As of July Isr, there will be a new backhoe to replace a U year old unit, this will help. Because <br />of the weather, spring cleanup will be done sooner and foundations are being set earlier than <br />usual. <br />Receipts <br />Normal. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M. The next scheduled meeting of the Trustees will be <br />Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 6:00 P.M. This will be the annual tour of- the Cemeteries. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />William C.
