L/ <br />Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, September 5, 2006 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of September 5, 2006 convened at 6:05 P.M. <br />in the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />70 <br />Ron Stortz <br /> <br /> <br />Absent: Roc O'Connell, Chairman <br />Douglas Bruce <br />7U 4 <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />v <br />o <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />as <br />The Minutes of June 20, 2006 were reviewed and approved on a motion by Mary Vincent and <br />seconded by Ron Stortz. <br />General Business <br />Interments - July was a busy month with 20 interments, August was light. The long-term <br />seasonal help worked out well. The new backhoe on order next few weeks. The trustees <br />discussed lot 777, Home for Aged Women; Bob stated that because the Corporation has been <br />dissolved, the Town can use the remaining lots, further discussion next meeting. <br />The Trustees will review the Rules & Regulations to see if they need updating. <br />Receipts <br />Fees are at $125,000, $20,000 less than anticipated. <br />Adiourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M.
