Town of Reading Rr- C E I V E D <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees ~Fd, CLERK <br />Tuesday, October 6, 2009 p, n 1 ~,4 G. i ~ <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of October 6, 2001 VrWe0t A; 14N ` in <br />the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br />Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman. <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />Mary Vincent <br />Elise Ciregna <br />Olive Hecht <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />Resident - Phil LeBlanc <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of September 8, 2009 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 6-0 on a motion by <br />Mary Vincent and seconded by Ron Stortz. <br />General Business <br />Mr Philip LeBlanc asked the Board if he could donate a tree in Charles Lawn in honor of his <br />wife with a plaque. The Board voted 6-0 not to accept his offer in keeping with its policy on <br />tree planting. Bob Keating gave Mr LeBlanc several suggestions that may be of interest to him <br />with regards to a memorial to his wife. <br />Bob updated the Board on the status of the building and the Board felt with the progress that our <br />article should be indefinitely postponed. <br />Bob stated that he was laying out more lots at both Charles Lawn and Wood End, lot markers <br />where purchased when Wood End was built. <br />The Board reviewed the Warrant for Town Meeting November 9, 2009, and Bill Brown will <br />present the proposed new rules and regulations to Town Meeting, most Board members plan to <br />attend. (Note the article falls between an article on junk and one on reconstruction.) <br />Receipts <br />Receipts are quiet - reached 100. <br />Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:50 PM.
