Town of Reading <br />Board of Cemetery Trustees <br />Tuesday, March 2, 2010 <br />Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of March 2, 2010 convened at 6:00 P.M. in <br />the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall. <br />Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman <br /> <br />Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman <br />William Brown, Secretary <br />, <br />Mary Vincent <br />' ' <br />Elise Ciregna <br />~ r-, <br />- <br />Olive Hecht <br />r < <br />Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent <br />0 <br />Review of Past Meeting Minutes <br />The Minutes of February 9, 2010 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 6-0 on a motion by <br />Mary Vincent and seconded by Janet Baronian. <br />General Business <br />The budget will be the same as last year and be presented to FINCOM on March 17, 2010; Bob <br />has been asked to be there. <br />Janet Baronian and William Brown gave an update of their meeting on the service building with <br />the Board of Selectmen. The Board of Selectmen seem to be in favor of Laurel Hill. Staff is <br />still working on space requirements per Bob Keating <br />Receipts <br />Slow - sales picking up, fees down, as are interments. <br />Adiourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:25 PM.
