E D <br />CLERK <br />BYLAW COMMITTEE .MINUTES #272 I , G , A S <br />2005 JG,! 21 45 <br />November 9, 2004 <br />6:30 p.m. Meeting called to order in the Conference Room in Town Hall by Chairman Phil <br />Pacino.. <br />Members present: Phil Pacino, George Theophanis, Jack Russell, Maria Silvaggi, and <br />Dolores Carroll. <br />Guest present: Fran Fink, Conservation Director, to discuss Article 15 of the November <br />8th Subsequent Town Meeting. <br />Article 15: Recommendation of this article would authorize the Selectmen to file for <br />legislation to permit the Conservation Commission to grant easements over conservation <br />land in the Longwood Road area. <br />Article 15: Since there have been no previous problems, on motion of Jack Russell, <br />seconded by Dolores Carroll, the Committee voted to recommend this article by a vote of <br />3-0-0. <br />Minutes #271 were read and on motion of George Theophanis, seconded by Dolores <br />Carroll approved by a vote of 4-0-1. <br />6:50 p.m. Meeting adjourned. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />k"'L'ev ~d&~ <br />Dolores S.
