Committee Chair, Kate Kaminer, Rec. Committee Vice-Chair, <br />Mary Ann Kozlowski, School Committee Rep., Bernie Winne, Recreation Committee Member, <br />Frank Driscoll, Recreation Committee Member, Chris Campbell, Rec. Committee Member, Mary <br />Ellen Stolecki, Rec. Committee Member, Beth Claroni, Associate Member, John Feudo, Recreation <br />Administrator <br />K. Kaminer called the meeting to order at 7:06 PM. <br />K. Kaminer asked the committee to review the minutes from the two previous meeting of July 12th <br />and August 9th. B. Winne made a motion to accept the minutes for both the July 12th and August 9th <br />Recreation Committee meetings as written. M. Kozlowski seconded the motion. Motion passed in <br />favor of acceptance of the minutes for both the July 12th and August 9th Recreation Committee <br />meetings by a vote of 6-0-0. <br />J. Downing entered the meeting at 7:16 PM. <br />Imagination Station Update <br />J. Feudo reported to the Recreation Committee that an audit of Imagination Station was requested <br />by the Board of Selectmen. The audit has been set up for Saturday, November 4th at 9:00 AM with <br />Leather Associates (the company that assisted the with the build). J. Feudo stated he felt that it <br />would be appropriate to have representation from the BOS, Recreation Committee and the Health <br />Department. B. Winne stated that the Recreation Committee had already made a decision on <br />Imagination Station and it was to demolish and rebuild. He felt the committee had already made its <br />recommendation and if the Board of Selectmen felt an audit was necessary, perhaps they should be <br />on hand. J. Downing stated he would speak with the Recreation Committee/ BOS liaison James <br />Bonazoli about the situation and recommend having them have a representative there. <br />J.Feudo also mentioned that Health Administrator, Jane Fiore will be on hand for the audit. <br />Turf Field #3 <br />J. Feudo stated he has begun looking at possible locations for the next synthetic turf field. J. Feudo <br />showed a map of the layout for Coolidge Middle School.
