Committee Member, Mike DiPietro, Chair, Frank Driscoll, Rec. <br />Committee Member, Bernie Winne, Vice-Chair, Kate Kaminer, Rec. Committee Member, Mary <br />ann Kozlowski, Rec. Committee Member, Eric Hughes, Associate Member, John Feudo, Recreation <br />Administrator <br />M. DiPietro called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. <br />M. DiPietro asked the Recreation Committee to review the minutes from the October and <br />November Rec. Committee meetings. <br />B. Winne made a motion to accept the October 9th minutes as proposed. K. Kaminer seconded the <br />motion. Motion passed in favor of accepting the minutes 5-0-0. <br />K. Kaminer made a motion to accept the November 12th minutes as proposed. B. Winne seconded <br />- the motion. Motion passed in favor of accepting the minutes 5 -0-0. <br />V <br />Noise Issue at_Stadium_Field_F-o11o-w-up - K. Kaminer asked if there was any follow up to the noise issue at the Stadium field. J. Feudo stated <br />that the new rules for the stadium are now in place and he did not anticipate an <br />y new issues going <br />forward. The speakers on the press box have been moved to the opposite side of the stadium. That <br />should make a big difference in itself. <br />Administrator's Report <br />J. Feudo went over the numbers for Fall programming. Sunday Basketball and Travel Basketball <br />numbers are as strong as they have ever been. Other programs that have seen success included the <br />Fall Volleyball program on Sunday's and the new theater program. <br />J. Feudo gave an overview of the Winter/Spring Recreation Magazine. The publication is due out <br />right after the Holidays. <br />Our Clerk Barbara Rose has announced her resignation. A search for a new clerk will begin <br />immediately. <br />Parker Field is 90% complete. The only items left to finish will be the asphalt apron and the hydro- <br />seeding around the perimeter. <br />
