Feudo handed out an updated version of the late payment policy. The committee felt that in the
instance someone must pay late, the payment should be received based on the length of the
ro am. - For-example -forashort-term ro am 2weeks or less a late payment- should-be -
received before the program ends. For a long-term program (more than 2 weeks) full payment
should be collected no more than 15 days after the program has officially begun. This would not
apply to those that work out individual payment plans. J. Feudo stated that the only program the
Recreation Division has traditionally had difficulty collecting on is travel basketball because the
participants do not pay until teams are established. The Rec. Division will look for a new process
that will help with this program.
Code of Conduct for Boards, Committees, and Commissions
J. Feudo discussed the Code of Conduct for Boards, Committees, and Commissions. The
Recreation Committee discussed and had no issue with the code.
Administrators Report
J. Travel Basketball continues to grow as
well. Both Volleyball and Baseball clinics were very well attended.
The summer edition of Reading Recreation Magazine is due out around March 2741.
