Committee Member, B. Winne; Rec. Committee Vice-Chairman, <br />Frank Driscoll, Rec. Committee Member, K. Kaminer, Rec. Committee Member, N. Swain, Rec. <br />Committee Member, Mary Ellen Stolecki,.Rec. Committee Member, M. DiPietro, Chairman, Eric <br />Hughes, Associate Member, John Feudo, Recreation Administrator <br />M. DiPietro called the meeting to order at 7:07 PM. <br />K. Kaminer made a motion to accept the minutes from the May 13, 2009 meeting. B. Winne <br />seconded the motion. Motion passed in favor of accepting the minutes for May 13, 2009 by a vote <br />of7-0-0. <br />"Unapproved Lines At Parker Middle School Field" <br />J. Feudo stated he was still trying to work out cost estimates on removal of the lines. One contract <br />mentioned it might be close to $2,000 to remove the lines and repaint them as appropriate. The <br />-committee -would-now-need-to-decide-whatthey-woui-d-recornmend to the-Board-of-Selectmen for----- <br />action. <br />F. Driscoll recommended tabling the issue until estimates come back. C. Campbell seconded the <br />motion. The committee discussed and decided the cost to remove the lines was not going to change <br />the outcome of their decision. F. Driscoll withdrew his motion. <br />M. Stolecki made a motion for the Board of Selectmen as Park Commissioners to impose a fine to <br />Reading United Soccer Club for the damage caused to synthetic field at Parker Middle School as it <br />pertains to violation of Rule #1 under section 4.14.3 Field use rules. B. Winne seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed in favor by a vote of 6-1-0. <br />B. Winne made a motion that the fine amount be given back to the Recreation Committee to be used <br />at the discretion of the Recreation Administrator. M. Stolecki seconded the motion. Motion passed <br />in favor by vote of 6-1-0. <br />Committee Reorganization <br />N. Swain nominated C. Campbell as chairman. C. Campbell declined the nomination. <br />
