Mr. Patrick Houghton seconded the motion and it was approved 5-0-0. <br />Vote was 4-0-0 (Houghton, Hartman, Grasberger, Coouette) <br />Case #22-18 - 337 Ash Street <br />Ms. Cynde Hartman opened the public hearing for Case #22-18 - 337 Ash Street by reading the legal <br />notice into record and swearing in members of the public wishing to speak. <br />Ms. Tammy Tine gave a brief description of the home. It was built in the 1950s by her husband's family. <br />The home is currently a single-family home with an accessory apartment, with two addresses and has <br />been like that since 1972. In 2014, they went before the Board to make it a legal accessory apartment <br />and would like to have it legalized as a two-family home. Both units have two means of egress, separate <br />driveways. She also brought some abutters signatures supporting their request. Mr. Patrick Houghton <br />read the letter signed by the abutters into record. <br />Mr. Cy Caouette stated that he was Chairman at the time of their 2014 case. The Board had recognized <br />that it was already an existing accessory apartment. He also noted he does not have a problem with the <br />request but would like to see the answers to the Variance Criteria questions with more detail. <br />Mr. Andrew Grasberger also agreed with Mr. Cy Caouette. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
