A State aquatic biologist questioned 'If it <br />is actually a Red Swamp Crayfish as there has not been a viable population of this species <br />in Mass. He asked for close-up photos to help identify the type of crayfish. <br />• Reviewed status of the permitting and bidding for invasive plant control. The Conservation <br />Commission meeting to review this RDA will be held on 8/9/23. Bidding will require 2 to 3 <br />weeks to complete. <br />• Discussed Friends of Reading Town Forest Facebook page. The Town discourages Boards <br />from using social media as it can create Open Meeting Law violations. <br />• Meeting minutes of July were approved unanimously <br />• Next meeting was scheduled for 9/19/13 <br />Page I 1 <br />
