Perry, <br />Christine Keller, and Uz Rogers <br />Members - Not Present: <br />Sherilla Lestrade <br />Others Present: <br />Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Kerr! Perry and Liz Rogers <br />Topics of Discussion; <br />The meeting was held by Zoom; called to order at 7:01 PM. <br />Minutes were reviewed from the April 3, 2023 meeting. Some clarifications were discussed, <br />and the minutes were approved unanimously with some minor edits 6-0. <br />Minutes were reviewed from the May B, 2023, meeting. The minutes were approved <br />unanimously with the edit of adding in that a member of the MACC was in attendance 6-0. <br />Kerri reminded the Council that this was her last meeting (not choosing to apply for another <br />3 -year term) and it is also Megan's last meeting (due to her maximum allowed 6 years <br />being up). Megan will continue to assist RCC as a non-voting associate. Liz shared she is <br />considering her candidacy for Secretary when reorganization happens in the next meeting. <br />Kern agreed to complete a draft of the minutes from this meeting and to send them to <br />everyone and from there the new Secretary can submit after the next meeting. <br />Brian reviewed the Treasurer's Report and referenced the two town accounting reports he <br />had shared and that in the online database the MA State FY 23 funding Is showing as paid to <br />the Town of Reading. This should be reflected in the next report from the Town for May. He <br />shared there is a $23,493.16 balance, shy of any recent payouts. Megan motioned to <br />approve the Treasurers Report and Christine seconded the motion and it was approved <br />unanimously 6-0. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
