Stephanie Anne Ward from 1 Charles Street states that she <br />looked over the regulations and they seem fair to her. One comment Stephanie had was to <br />change the training portion of having 10 clients you need to have worked on to 25 clients. <br />Stephanie has worked in this industry and trained for three years. She believes having only <br />10 clients required for training is on the lower scale and typically towns request 25 clients. <br />Page I 1 <br />
