SC called the meeting to order at 6pm. SC appointed VA as a voting member for the meeting. JEB asked BB when or under what circumstances he would issue a `Demolition Permit'. BB explained that occurs when a building will be demolished or part of a building is taken down, but nothing is put up In Its place. A Demolition Permit is not issued when a part of a building will be rebuilt or replaced. For example, 583 Main Street did not receive a Demolition Permit, since the plan is to remove the existing parapet and rebuild it. BB stated that his office will keep the RHC informed anytime a building on the Historic and Architectural Inventory plans to significantly alter the structure, even if it will not be subject to the Demolition Delay Bylaw, so that we are alerted to changes to historic properties in the Town. AM also expressed his commitment to keeping the RHC informed about any changes to historic structures. SC made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6;35pm. A role call vote was 3-0 in favor. Page 1 1
