Payment of $500 was made to Corey Sinclair from the General Fund, which was the <br />last submission from the FY22 cycle. <br />The Treasurer Report was unanimously accepted by the Cultural Council, 4-0. <br />Meetino Minutes from February 6. 2023: <br />Kerri Perry submitted the draft of the February 6 Meeting Minutes. The minutes were <br />unanimously approved, 4-0. <br />May 8 Community Outreach Event: <br />The Pleasant Street Center Great Room has been reserved from 6:00 - 8:30PM for the <br />event. Steve will develop a sideshow using photos from grantees and will later post it on <br />the RCC socials. We will add a footer to each slide that indicates the year of the RCC grant <br />and organization. As a Community Outreach event has not been held since 2018, grantees <br />from the past five years will be Invited to attend, and Megan will draft an invitation. <br />Christine will contact Town Manager Fidel Maltez to have the event noted in his Town <br />Manager Minute and In the town calendar. Brian will invite the Town Manager, Assistant <br />Town Manager, Select Board, former RCC members, Senator Jason Lewis, and other <br />dignitaries and elected officials to attend.
