We will include online polls to <br />collect feedback but not use breakout rooms since we are mostly presenting a <br />proposal and not soliciting raw inputs. <br />• • The goal for our Green Community application requires a 20% reduction in 5 years <br />as measured by utility and fuel Inputs for the town buildings, vehicles, streetlights, <br />etc. including for the schools. <br />• Noresco will talk about performance contracting. <br />• Provide case studies on what other communities have successfully done. Focus on <br />our peer communities that are Green Communities. <br />Page I 1 <br />
