Dave Zeek will remain as Chair and Ray Porter will remain as Secretary. • Motion seconded and passed • Presentation to the Select Board (Meeting late July or early August) • Date not yet certain. Participation optional, but welcomed by Dave. • Suggested edits to selected slides. • Andy to confirm date Creation of a Joint Sustainability Group • Explore a joint committee with Climate, RMLD and FinCom • Advocate projects that promote sustainability projects in Reading • Suggestion was made have initial individual meetings with participants to define the scope of workshop. • Awaiting action from Vanessa Alvarado of the Select Board to initiate the meeting • Enthusiastic excitement for the idea was expressed • Identify "entry points" to each organization to facilitate future initiatives. • Celeste appointed to be the Climate Committee's point of contact.
