There is talk about redoing the heating systems for several schools in town. Bob LeLacheur has a big picture meeting coming up soon in November for the Select Board. We broke out into discussion on how Lexington has upgraded to heat pumps in their schools. David is going to probe this with Bob and Denise is going to ask Karen Herrick where the heating discussion went with Fincom. Andy and David spoke about this ad hoc group that all have National Grid and went to a meeting in Arlington. These towns are trying to up the level of communication with National Grid especially due to all that's happening with gas. National Grid doesn't understand why they have questions and concerns and says they have a great relationship with al of the DPW's in these towns. A meeting is coming up on October 15" with select boards to find out where National Grid is going with all of this. Gail Page is having a meeting at the library to discuss the gas issue and leaks and transitioning away from gas to electricity. Jeff is doing some investigation on hazard mitigation and how to measure. He looked at Reading Mitigation plan MAPC from 2017. Page I I
