There is talk about redoing the <br />heating systems for several schools in town. Bob LeLacheur has a big picture meeting coming <br />up soon in November for the Select Board. We broke out into discussion on how Lexington has <br />upgraded to heat pumps in their schools. David is going to probe this with Bob and Denise is <br />going to ask Karen Herrick where the heating discussion went with Fincom. <br />Andy and David spoke about this ad hoc group that all have National Grid and went to a <br />meeting in Arlington. These towns are trying to up the level of communication with National Grid <br />especially due to all that's happening with gas. National Grid doesn't understand why they have <br />questions and concerns and says they have a great relationship with al of the DPW's in these <br />towns. A meeting is coming up on October 15" with select boards to find out where National <br />Grid is going with all of this. Gail Page is having a meeting at the library to discuss the gas issue <br />and leaks and transitioning away from gas to electricity. <br />Jeff is doing some investigation on hazard mitigation and how to measure. He looked at <br />Reading Mitigation plan MAPC from 2017. <br />Page I I <br />
