She read the <br />legal notice into the record and swore in members of the public wishing to speak. <br />Hillary Mateev read the withdrawal letter from the applicant's Architect William Nolan. <br />Alex Normandin made a motion to approve the withdrawal for Case #22-03 - 62 Oak Ridge Road. Cy <br />Caouette seconded the motion and it was approved 5-0-0. <br />Vote was 540-0 (Mateev, Bourque, Grasberger, Caouette, Hartman) <br />Case #22-04 - 34 Deborah Drive <br />ZBA Chair Hillary Mateev opened the public hearing for Case #22-04 - 34 Deborah Drive. She read the <br />legal notice into the record and swore in members of the public wishing to speak. <br />Chris Restaino stated that they were hired to build an addition with a bathroom, kitchen and Irving room <br />attached to the house with a door for the applicant's care for their parents. The addition would be a <br />ground -level level accessory ADA -compliant apartment. <br />ZBA Member Cyndee Hartman asked the applicant if there would be a second driveway. The application <br />stated that there would be a second drive because they would handicap access to the ground -level <br />entrance.
