SC appointed VA as a voting member <br />186 Summer Avenue <br />SC has been in touch with Fidel and Ivria. VA brought an article about another <br />community in a similar situation that got a property into receivership. The group <br />discussed if this could be an option here in Reading. SC will contact Ivria and Fidel <br />regarding this concept. <br />583 Main Street <br />JEB will follow up with Andrew to check on the status. <br />25 Haven Street <br />The meeting with CPDC has been postponed until February 61h. This property may <br />still be on the market. If ownership changes the new owner will need to reapply <br />to the RHC and repeat the demolition delay hearing process. <br />Page 1 1 <br />
