He noted he is very concerned about the <br />environment. He has a bachelor's degree in environmental science that he feels he can apply to this <br />committee. He is retired now so he has the time to help out. He is currently an associate member and <br />would like to move up and fill the full membership opening. <br />McCarthy moved to approve the meeting minutes lune 2ntl, June ITh, lune 23'0 and August 170, 2022, <br />as amended. The motion was seconded by Haley and approved with a 2-0 vote. <br />Haley moved to adjourn at 10:40 am, McCarthy seconded the motion, and it was approved with a 2-0 <br />vote. <br />
