Perry, Christine Keller, Sherilla Lestrade Members - Not Present: Others Present: Minutes Respectfully submitted By: Kerr! Topics of Discussion: The meeting was conducted Via Zoom. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM. Sadly, Member and Treasurer, Katharine Lopez Natale has passed away. Members were saddened by this news and discussed being very appreciative of her work for the Council and how accomplished Kathy was in all her life's endeavors as outlined in her obituary. Due to this there is no treasurers report. Brian Is meeting with Town Hall to learn responsibilities needed to file the treasurers report. Brian will pursue requesting an extension. The minutes for December 5, 2022, were reviewed. The minutes were approved 5-0-1. Sherilla was not present at that meeting so abstained from voting. The rejected grant applicants (noted In 12-5-2022 meeting minutes) were sent notices of that, and none have brought forth any appeals within the window allowed. We can grant $24,413.00 to the remaining grant applicants. The council discussed and agreed upon how to grant the funds across the applicants remaining. Christine motioned to accept and Steve seconded, and the grants outlined below. This was then voted on and approved unanimously 6-0. Kerr! will send the MS Excel file showing the grants approved to Brian and he will send out the acceptance letters. Page 1 1
