RECALC Written Report Walgreens as a potential location for a new Senior / Community Center Mark Dockser explained the RFP process for a space for the Senior / Community Center. Only one party replied to the RFP and that was the owner of the Walgreens building. Mark also explained the process of what is required with Town Meeting and debt exclusion. Select Board has not decided to take it to Town Meeting. John Sasso what was the feedback with the architects. Attending the meeting with the architects: Ron Assini, Michael Coltman, Mark Dockser, Marilynn Shapleigh provided their feedback from the meeting. Mark Dockser explained how the next steps is on ReCalc and COA. On September 29, 2022 at Noon, at the Pleasant Street Center there is a feedback session to hear more for residents. While parking remains continues to be an issue and really can't be solved in this meeting. John Sasso suggested we should address transportation overall regardless of the building. Page i 1
