RECALC Written Report <br />Walgreens as a potential location for a new Senior / Community Center <br />Mark Dockser explained the RFP process for a space for the Senior / Community Center. <br />Only one party replied to the RFP and that was the owner of the Walgreens building. <br />Mark also explained the process of what is required with Town Meeting and debt exclusion. <br />Select Board has not decided to take it to Town Meeting. <br />John Sasso what was the feedback with the architects. <br />Attending the meeting with the architects: Ron Assini, Michael Coltman, Mark Dockser, <br />Marilynn Shapleigh provided their feedback from the meeting. <br />Mark Dockser explained how the next steps is on ReCalc and COA. <br />On September 29, 2022 at Noon, at the Pleasant Street Center there is a feedback session <br />to hear more for residents. <br />While parking remains continues to be an issue and really can't be solved in this meeting. <br />John Sasso suggested we should address transportation overall regardless of the building. <br />Page i 1 <br />
