She read the <br />legal notice into the record and swore in members of the public wishing to speak. <br />The applicant's architect, Nancy Twomey gave a brief history of the existing home. She then explained <br />that her client was seeking a Special Permit for a second -story addition. Nancy also stated that the <br />applicants have letters of support from two of their abutting neighbors. <br />Hillary Mateev ask Building Commissioner Brett Bennet if he had any comments. He stated that the <br />applicants were there for existing nonconformity and no new nonconformities. <br />ZBA Member Cynde Hartman stated she had no comments. <br />ZBA Member Cy Caouette believed that this was straightforward and did not believe that the project <br />was detrimental to the neighborhood. <br />ZBA Member Patrick Houghton stated he did not believe that the project was detrimental to the <br />neighborhood. <br />Hillary Mateev stated that she did not believe that the project was detrimental to the neighborhood and <br />mentioned that there was also a sister home that had a similar addition. <br />Page I 1 <br />
