Weiden opens the meeting at 7:02pm <br />G. Fiorente gives an update on Reading Softball Little League temporary fence <br />issue. She states that the fence was taken down at the end of June and that they <br />were made aware of the process moving forward. A. Binda replies that it would be <br />good to write down everything one last time so they are very clear of the process. <br />E. Gaffen makes a motion to accept the meeting minutes. B. Weiden seconds. <br />Discussion on an edit from Reading LL not Reading Softball LL on page 3. Meeting <br />minutes pass with amendment with roll call vote of 7-0. <br />Discussion takes place about Chair. B. Weiden states he is interested in being chair. <br />E. Gaffen says he is also happy to be chair or vice -chair. <br />R. Hand makes a motion for B. Weiden to be Recreation Committee Chair. E. Gaffen <br />Seconds. Roll Call vote takes place. All in favor 7-0. <br />M. Coltman makes a motion to nominate E. Gaffen as vice -chair. A. Binda seconds. <br />Roll call vote takes place. All in favor 7-0. <br />G. Fiorente gives an update on the playground Capital Project at the Bancroft Ave. <br />Tot Lot and on the ARPA funding meetings that have taken place in regard to <br />funding for the Birch Meadow Master Plan. <br />Page I 1 <br />
