The motion <br />was seconded by Karen Herrick. <br />Chris Haley felt the whole board should be here for a discussion about complaints filed against the full <br />board. <br />The board took a vote as follows: <br />Dockser—Yes; Haley — No; Herrick — Yes; The board moved into executive session with a 2-1 vote. <br />
