Kaminer opens up the meeting at 7:OOpm. Committee does a roll call for <br /> attendance. K. Kaminer introduces Activitas and the Birch Meadow working group <br /> and explains how the process of the meeting will take place. G. Fiorente thanks <br /> Kate and everyone who made an effort to be here this evening to give their <br /> feedback. <br /> Mark Novak and Stephen Crisafulli from Activitas give a thorough presentation <br /> accompanied by a power point that outlines the process thus far and gives the <br /> community insight into the plan purpose, existing conditions, key focus groups <br /> involved, and next steps. The end of the presentation includes the path moving <br /> forward with "cost buckets" and prioritizing projects as being critical, sustainable or <br /> visionary. <br /> The is Q & A portion occurs and focuses on the following: <br /> -Traffic Concerns at proposed new lot <br /> -Conservation Covenant at Higgins Conservation Area <br /> -Expanding focus groups to girl scouts and boy scouts <br /> -Number and location of Softball Fields <br /> -Synthetic Turf at Morton <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
