JM said she was available by text <br /> if there were any technical problems with the call, and then she left the meeting. <br /> SC described the rules for the Zoom meeting. She advised attendees that the meeting was <br /> being recorded and that it might be live streamed by RCN, either on television or YouTube. <br /> 186 Summer Avenue: JEB welcomed the project team and asked them to give an update <br /> on their current plans. He also asked them to explain why no work is currently underway. <br /> Given that the historic house and barn have now been empty for at least four years, he said <br /> that the RHC and the Historic District Commission (HDC) are concerned about the buildings' <br /> current physical condition. <br /> RL, the director of the project, said he was happy to give an update.
