Kaminer opens up the meeting at 4:38pm. Roll call attendance occurs. <br /> E. Sisson makes a motion to accept the September meeting minutes as written. <br /> Roll call vote occurs. All in favor of minutes. <br /> G. Fiorente gives an update on the Birch Meadow Master Plan and presents the <br /> rough blueprint of conceptual design to the committee. <br /> The committee has a brief discussion on the plan and makes the following key <br /> suggestions and comments: <br /> -Update and highlight what is changing on the plan and how much actual <br /> programmable space we are getting <br /> -Concerns of baseballs flying into the playground since it is moved by Majors Field <br /> in the draft plan <br /> G. Fiorente gives an update on programming and discusses the success of taking <br /> over soccer for the Fall. She states that the division may be able to get a small <br /> amount of indoor space this winter and will not be able to run the Sunday <br /> Basketball Program or Travel Basketball. She goes on to say that most gyms are <br /> set up as classrooms or caf6 spaces at this time. <br /> K. Kaminer states that she wanted to follow-up on the last meeting with the <br /> pickleball community. K. Kaminer had reached out to Mike Coltman about helping <br /> with creating a formal organization as well as giving ideas on fundraising efforts for <br /> Page I t <br />
