Requiring sufficient receptacles and advising customers on proper disposal of plastic <br /> gloves at supermarkets etc. <br /> Discussion: Grocery and pharmacy employees are hesitant to pick up gloves that have <br /> been discarded on ground. Suggest proactively advising grocery stores and pharmacies <br /> that they may want to consider adding garbage receptacles to the shopping cart return <br /> areas and throughout the parking lot for customers to dispose of their gloves and other <br /> personal protective equipment. The Health agent will go in person to advise grocery <br /> stores and pharmacies of this recommendation. <br /> 2. Requiring safety plans at construction sites and related actions per supplemental <br /> COVID-19 Guidelines (hftps://www.mass.goy/doc/covid-19-supplemental-quidelines-for- <br /> constructio n-sites/download) <br /> Discussion: Board suggests pulling list from Town permit database. Suggest sending <br /> out guidance (haps://www.mass.qov/doc/covid-19-supplemental-quidelines-for- <br /> construction-sites/download) and then verify in person that guidance is being followed. <br /> Consider contacting the developer as well as the general contractor. Board will review <br /> information from the Select Board first, and then discuss during Monday's meeting. <br /> 3. 3a. Contact tracing data report <br /> Discussion: Residents have been requesting visibility into cumulative cases, active <br /> cases & deaths, current cases, recovered cases& deaths. Vlasuk suggests reporting on <br /> cumulative cases and active cases for public posting on website. Dove to get approval to <br /> do this through Command. <br /> Page 1 1 <br />
